## What we are not

- Not a general-purpose AI inbox product. Spam/virus filtering uses automated mail-server systems; we do not run generative AI on mailbox content for decisioning.
- Exchange ActiveSync is not supported. Clients can use IMAP/SMTP when operators publish those settings.
- Usage meters shown for operators are not always auto-invoiced. See FAQ on the home page.
- Not affiliated with Kraken.com (cryptocurrency exchange).

## Optional add-ons (catalog)

Additional storage, archiving, advanced threat protection, custom domain registration, dedicated IP, and Enterprise send-as packs beyond the account cap: see Pricing.
